How to unlock the Saved by the bell achievement in Sniper Elite 3 - Definitive Guide

The bell can be found just above the target as he is sitting right under a bell tower. Shoot the part holding the bell and it drops on him automatically. This is visible from both sniper vantage points.

Once Hitler exits his vehicle to begin speaking to the officer, immediately look up and to the right from where he is sitting. You should find a bronze bell held in place by some rope. Shoot the rope and the bell will drop, crushing Hitler.
