In reality, I was missing one randomly-located crate (even more random than the one next to the sniper). So, hopefully this video helps!
SIDE NOTE: You don't need the Teufelsfeuer to earn this achievement, but it is undeniably badass, and it might make this a bit easier! If you want it, it's located in a crate on the floor of the gun range (building to your left when you first entered this area).
There are three soldiers firing them on the gun range, one soldier walking along a cat walk above the area, and two soldiers in a room on the upper level.

Now you can take everything out. Shoot all the 'red' objects to destroy the area. A counter will appear to show you how much has been destroyed. When it hits 100% trophy will pop. There is a glitch that some people, myself included, had happen. If you hit 100% destruction and no trophy, walk past the first truck back towards the rest of the level and walk off the cliff. When you respawn the trophy TNT will pop.

There are ten crates. They are dark gray and usually next to something that explodes.
Clear out the area at the back of the map with the trucks, watching out for the sniper to the left. Lay down three land mines in front of the big door at the back and lay some traps on the approach paths. A halftrack will pop out at 50% destruction and you will occasionally have inquisitive visitors down the paths if you haven't cleared out the sides.
Kick the generator to make some noise if you want and head up on the sniper spot. Shoot the curved pipes of the two giant fuel tanks flanking the big gate, the two explosive barrels next to crates (other side of the map on catwalks), and all four trucks. With the halftrack (which will take another one out), that's nine. The last one is behind the tents to the left as you enter the area. Grenade or dynamite it and you're done.
The achievement did not glitch for me, but it took a while (maybe 10 min?) to pop.

If you are doing this DLC in coop and the host or partner did not get the achievement when doing the requirements you will have to do the DLC solo. I was the partner and got all of them but the host did not so they had to play through it by themselves and it worked. But the difference for this one compared to the others is when doing so they also had to reload the last save as others have posted for this achievement as well.

The truck depot is at the northernmost part of the canyon. It is also the final objective of the mission. All you need to do is destroy everything; every truck, every crate you see… everything. There are even crates on the catwalks on either side of the depot, so don’t miss them. Hopefully you’ve picked up a Teufelsfeuer at the shooting range to make this much easier. If not, there are red barrels strewn about that can lead to chain reactions when you shoot them.
On the east side of the depot is a sniper nest. It has a vantage that is suitable to overlook the entire depot. It is suggested that you wreak your carnage from there. Just to note, there is a crate above the sniper nest you need to destroy.
As you’re dismantling the shipment, a percentage meter will pop up in the top left corner updating you on the extent of the damage you are causing. Once you reach 100% and complete the objective, the achievement will unlock.
Glitch warning: It is very possible that when you reach 100%, the achievement might not unlock for you. If this happens, create a manual save after you reach 100% then reload that save and the achievement should unlock for you.
