How to unlock the Wait for it achievement in Sniper Elite 3 - Definitive Guide

WAIT FOR IT Achievement
Description: Killed 10 enemies with flint-triggered detonations

This can be done right at the start of the game. First you have to pick up the dynamite on the right hill after you destroyed the vehicle. Walk past the first two enemies and take out the guy that's coughing.

Now make a savegame (progress is not lost after loading) and place the dynamite next to the guy that's standing in front of the cannon. Place the flint right on top of it and hide.
UPDATE: you can make a save when the timer is counting down to speed this up.

The explosion also kills the two guys standing next to the cannon. Load your savegame and repeat 3 times.

Tip: You actually don't even have to place the dynamite as close to the guy. when i tried this first, i wanted to put it as close as possible and walked too far and he saw me. Then i found it works just fine if you take a step back ;).

does it work if you save after you place the flint and the timer is close to 0?

i didn't try this, but as long as the game keeps the timer going after you load this could actually work. if you make 2 seperate saves you can test this out. would be interesting to see if this achievement can be done even quicker :)

yes I can confirm that it works if you make a save close to when the dynamite would explode

Load Mission 1 "Siege of Tobruk" and go to the first Nebelwerfer.
Take the Dynamite from the Crate and Put it on the Ground together with Flint & Steel. Create a Savegame with 5 or less Seconds left and reload it after Explosion. Repeat this 4times and the Achievement unlock.

Siege of Tobruk is quick to get this on. Go around and kill enemies with the welrod and place and ignite dynamite a few paces from the Nebelwerfer crews. They basically don't bother noticing you while in their animation. Quickly move crouched behind cover and let them investigate the source. There's extra dynamite near one of the crews and in the central tent. If you don't alert the crews away from the Nebelwerfer you can get this in two runs of the level.

This trophy isn't very hard to get. You just need to place down some dynamite near an enemy and light some flint and steel beside it. Not only will it start a 20 second countdown, it'll also attract nearby enemies. Once you kill ten or more enemies, the trophy will pop.

This is a cumulative achievement for killing enemies with flint-triggered explosion. This is most effective when using dynamite (TNT) and the flint and steel lit on top of it.

This can be done through natural progression of the game, but is also easily boosted on Mission 1 using the "Load Last Save" exploit and making sure to select at least 1 stick of dynamite in your loadout. During Mission 1, you'll want to sneak up on two enemies that are firing the Nebelwerfer and throw a stick of dynamite nearby. Now, save your game, and light a flint and steel directly on top of the stick of dynamite which will start a 20 second timer. Just back up, let the timer end which will cause an explosion killing 2-3 people, and repeat until the achievement unlocks.
