The Achievement is located in Mission 2 called "Gaberoun"
There are 4 Wells in this Mission, in each of them you must throw a dead Body. Thats all.

This can be done at the end. The three officers and one mechanic (white shirt) in the motor pool area dont despawn. I came back into the level from a save after completing it and it popped immediately after the 4 body. Just make sure you are connected in game to xbox live. I got randomly disconnected at the end screen and my campaign achievement didnt unlock until I reconnected in game.

Was very annoyed with this achievement. I got to the last well and threw a body in it and nothing happened. Since I had fallen to my death on accident from by the second sniper nest I thought maybe I had to redo it, so I went and got 4 more bodies from the end of the mission since the rest had disappeared. This took forever since you walk so slow with a body. After placing a fresh body in each well the achievement still didn't pop...... I said screw it, I would come back later and proceeded with the mission. After the mission was over and I was at back at the main menu the achievement finally popped.

This achievement takes place on Mission 2: Gaberoun.

During this mission, you must throw bodies into 4 different wells located on the map as follows:

To do this, you must hide a body in each of the four wells during the mission. The first is near the second officer you must kill. The second and third are in the next area (To the left of the previous area) and the final one is just before the ruins where the final officer resides. Credit goes to PowerPyx for the video guide.
