How to unlock the A shot in the dark achievement in Sniper Elite 3 - Definitive Guide

There are total of 8 Long Shots in the Game. I have here a full Collectibles & optional Objectives Guide Online. There is only one! Video for all.

I will link / post here the 8 Long Shots. All Long Shots are immediately saved, so you can quit out the Mission once you have collected what you want

there is a requirement for some of the long shot targets to appear/spawn. i had trouble getting mine to appear in Kasserine Pass. i was in an alert state and i had not ventured into that area yet. i went straight to the sniper's nest.

i have the ultimate edition of this game and this achievement includes the longshots from the churchill dlc! have done all 8 longshots in the main game and it hasn't popped as longshot counter is 8/11

I have the ultimate edition with the DLC and it popped for me on 8/11 having just done the long shots in the base game.

There are a total of 8 Long Shots in the game, there is 1 in each mission. You need to shoot and kill the specific enemy collect them, you can replay any mission to shoot missed Long Shots and you can quit the mission as soon as you collect them.

Each level has one long shot. It can be accessed via a sniper nest marked with a crosshair and some tally lines. Once you access the sniper nest, use your binoculars to spot the enemy. Once you do, mark him and take him down. You'll get this trophy after the final 8th long shot.
