The following text is a guide to getting all 10 achievements in "Hunt the Grey Wolf" DLC in Sniper Elite 3.
Choose "Hunt the Grey Wolf", under "Campaign" > "Downloadable Missions" > "Hunt the Grey Wolf". I would recommend Cadet difficulty to make it easier. Play through the level completing the main objectives until you reach the final target. At this point, you will need to take him out in 7 different ways. After successfully completing a method, just die on purpose and "Load Last Save" to get another chance at killing him.
The 7 methods are below:
[0:05] - Method 1: Shot and killed the target.
[0:40] - Method 2: Crushed the target with a bell.
[1:12] - Method 3: Killed the target with a grenade.
[1:35] - Method 4: Killed the target with a chain reaction.
[2:10] - Method 5: Killed the officer at the meeting with a testicle shot & Shot the target in his car.
[2:41] - Method 6&7: Killed the target by shooting nearby explosives & Killed the target by destroying his vehicle.
After completing all of the 7 methods, and getting a testicle shot on the officer, you should have all the achievements available in the DLC.
GLITCH NOTE: The DLC seems to crash the game for many people. If you are using the method above, where you die to "Load Last Save", and the game crashes, you MUST repeat all the methods in one go in order for the "...And stay dead!" achievement to unlock. The game will not permanently save each method unless you finish the level, or do them all at once.

+1 again Maka. Brilliant. My game crashed the first three times just after the achievements for the Kill, Bell and Grenade leaving me to believe it was glitched. I even reported the error at Rebellion.
Just now I started redoing the list and the achievement popped when the grenade exploded. Once again thank you.

Thanks Maka91 your soultion worked a treat, i had all the achievements except "..and stay dead" due to the game crashing, got it today just as it crashes for the 4th time lol.

{POSTED IN FORUM}For those having any trouble getting any of the achievements I'd try this if you have not yet. Me and my friend did this DLC co-op where he was the host and I joined. I was the only one that got the achievements all In one go but he got none of them. I thought about it for awhile and recommended restarting the console and uninstalling and reinstalling the game. He reinstalled the game and started getting them perfectly fine after through a solo play. I did also debate since I was the one that joined him and got them if I hosted the game and got them again if It would trigger getting the achievements for him as well but never put that part to the test. I am going to only leave this post on this achievement so I don't over spam and hope that it helps a lot of you guys out that's been having issues with this DLC.
