You rank up from longshots, head shots, blowing up tanks and truck and basically anything evolving enemies, ranking up will be obvious to the player as going along thru the game ! Make sure to destroy all their tanks and trucks extra XP !

I am now level 13 and this refuse to unlock... Do the coop xp count cuz at least half my xp are from coop?

Yeah I pretty sure anything counts to your overall ranking, try uninstalling then redownload it, sometimes that’s fixes the achievements.
