Just throw a grenade near Hitler while he is sitting at the table! DON'T mark him! Otherwise he will stand up and walk to his car. Easy achievement.

Didn't work the first time I threw it, assumed it counted as a chain reaction or something. Second time worked fine but my phone notified me of getting this achievement twice for some reason
