I would suggest going to the below website. It is an interactive map that shows the main campaign maps where everything is.

Stone eagles can be found on top of buildings. There are 30 Deadeye Targets for you to destroy with your rifle. Glitch warning: There is a visual glitch on mission 6 (Magazzeno Facility) showing 9 instead of 3. Also, don't forget about the 2 Overwatch missions. See The Collector

This is an online achievement; the reason being is that there are collectibles you have to obtain in the two Overwatch missions (which can only be played online in two-player co-op). There are 30 Stone Eagles to shoot in the game. Refer to “The Collector” for more information.
