If I complete the game on a higher difficulty, will it unlock completion achievements for lower difficulties or should we have separate playthroughs for each difficulty?

Update: I just finished the game on "Marksman" difficulty and it automatically unlocked the lower "cadet" difficulty related "Mission Possible" achievement.

This is story related and cannot be missed. This achievement is stackable is you play on a higher difficulty first. Refer to "Are You Insane?" for more information.

Cadet difficulty features:

  • Full HUD
  • Objectives show on your map and in the mission
  • Your position is marked on the map
  • Enemy AI is least aggressive but still formidable
  • Take minimal damage (but still be careful)
  • Full tagging abilities
  • Empty lung and aim assist capabilities
  • You can zoom with scope and binoculars
  • No bullet drop or crosswinds
