You can play through the mission on whichever difficulty you want. Right before you exfile, switch to Authentic, then exfil. You don't even have to kill him on Authentic, you can be on Citizen. As long as you are on Authentic when you exfil, the achievement will pop.

I feel like this method is either glitched or it was patched. I killed hitler in the first 3 minutes of starting the mission, went to the exfiltrate location, changed the difficulty and no achievement.

Best way I found to do this is to play through on a lower difficulty until you unlock the Lakeside Guardhouse spawn in point at the north of the map.
Once you have this and complete the mission once, spawn here on authentic and stick to the left side of the map as you make your way to the lakefront. You should be able to slide by the guards below the road checkpoint and the ones on the dirt road running on the far left of the map(Escaping is easier if you take them out).
Once at the lake, hide in one of the tall grass patches and wait for Hitler to say he wants to enjoy the view alone. Once he is alone, kill him how you wish (can combine with several of the other achievements) but stealth killing is the quietest. Then turn around directly around and mantle up the vine ledge out of there as fast as you can as guards will start pouring in. If you killed the guards on the dirt road its as simple as sprinting back to the spawn hugging the right side of the map. Extraction is that dirt road right by the spawn.

Came to add a guide and there already is one :)
I used the Beeghof Guardhouse spawn location, way easier imo.
When you spawn here, as soon as you start moving and the mansion comes into view, be sure to check the balcony as Hitler does come out onto it. If you're lucky and he's there then you don't even have to go anywhere, just snipe him then turn around and finish the mission.
If not, head off and stick to the left like above, he does arrive after a short period, rather than snipe from a far like the above comment I took out two gurards by the road and then place a mine. When Hitler does arrive he'll have a vehicle in front of him which will hit the mine then you can just throw grenades at Hitlers vehicle, shoot him or whatever you please then turn back and go the way you came to exit.

This cheevo is very buggy. I have done this multiple times and have even earned the progress medals for beating it on Auth and it still hasn’t popped.

Alright, tough on the surface. I did read the other solutions which worked but this one seemed easier for me.
Used the Beeghof Guardhouse entry and followed the gravel path to the left of the main road. Follow this path and go through the gate on the left and then veer left and go all the way down the trail until you see the road that leads to the Teahouse.
Hitler will be rolling down the hill to the right momentarily (2 minutes max) lead by a motorbike. Place a TNT charge in the middle of the road and sit in cover. Let the lead motorbike pass by and once Hitler's car is passing over the TNT scope the charge, shoot, and light him up.
Bounce the way you came right back to the extraction point and done.
Boom - cheevo.

Agreed with this solution...very fast and easy to do.
In case you don't have TNT on you, once you hit the road that leads to the Teahouse, there is a small shed on your left which has TNT inside...grab it, place on road, wait for car, and light it up, and make your way back...think it took like 5 mins in total.

Note: This should be attempted with a suppressed rifle to make it easier to unlock Covert Elimination (30G) and Reich To The Point (15G) as well, but isn’t completely necessary provided you’re very careful after you make the shot. It is highly recommended, however, along with equipping subsonic ammo.
This is best unlocked in a subsequent playthrough after you have unlocked the ‘Berghof Guardhouse’ starting point at the northeast part of the map which starts you much closer to the target.
Beginning from the ‘Berghof Guardhouse’ starting point, head down the road and stick to the left side. After a few meters, there will be a path that runs parallel to the road, and at the end on the left side is a gate. Run through the gate and down the trail and you will approach the tea house from a distance. Hitler’s first stop on his itinerary is the tea house, and you will only need to wait a couple of minutes for him to arrive.
He will arrive in a white car with motorbike escorts. At this point, create a save just in case you get detected, then wait for him to exit the car. As he’s walking towards the tea house, aim for his head then take the shot (if playing on ‘Authentic’, you will not be able to zoom in nor get a reticule or slow your breathing when you focus your shot). In order to not be detected, you should only take one shot, so make it count. Once he’s killed, turn around and run back towards the gate.
Depending on if you used a suppressor and/or subsonic ammo, the enemies on the road might have heard the shot (yellow alert). If they have, be very careful when walking back to the start of the path, hiding behind boxes and the guard station to avoid being seen. Wait for any enemies to run past you then book it back to the exfiltration point, which is in the middle of the road next to your starting point. When you get there, press
to exit the mission. This will at least unlock this achievement, Covert Elimination (30G) and Reich To The Point (15G).
