This is story related and cannot be missed.  This achievement will unlock after completing Mission 2, ‘Occupied Residence’, on any difficulty playing solo or two-player co-op.
 
Optional Objectives:
 
  1. Recover the Stolen Antiques (3)
Kill List:
 
  • Find and kill Friedrich Kümmler
    • Complete the kill challenge (crush Kümmler with a chandelier; [shoot it down; do not use the switch]) to unlock the Karabiner 98 rifle

-Find the Stolen Antiques (unlocked after finding document Do Not Fail Me Nephew, in a room upstairs in the main entrance area of the Chateau)

- Friedrich Kummler (crush him with one of the Chateau's chandelier): East side of chateau in the ballroom, you can stand on a room above and when he's waiting on the middle of the room shoot the chandelier.
