Mission 8:
At the very end of the mission you have to shoot "the fuel pump" and the mission ends. It's a pretty far shot and to get this achievement you can't empty your lung (holding LS). Not too hard all I did was use empty lung the first time to see where I generally had to aim (which is up and to the left of the target) and then loaded most recent autosave, I got a checkpoint right at the beginning of this sequence so it worked out well. Proceed to aim up and to the left a bit and there you have it mission complete and you snagged yourself an extra cheevo.

You do not need to load the save after using empty lungs to see where you have to aim. You can just shoot there without reloading, as long you do the shot without it.

I got it by using iron sights. Using iron sights doesn't let you use empty lung thus all you have to do is hit the fuel tanks. It took me 4 shots to hit it too, so you can use more than 1 shot if you have too.

Note: If playing in co-op, this does not unlock for both players, so create a save beforehand.
This is unlocked in Mission 8, ‘Rubble and Ruin’. At the end of the mission, after running out of the U-boat pen, you realize that your sabotage did not work. Follow the yellow marker and climb up the ladder into a radio room. Peering out the vantage point overlooking the pen, the giant door will open, giving you a clear shot at the fuel tanks.

Crouching or going prone for a couple of seconds before looking out the window and taking the shot will lower your heart rate faster to steady your shot, and having a rifle with at least an 8x magnification and playing on ‘Civilian’ difficulty (so there’s no bullet drop or wind) will help immensely.
Aim through your rifle scope at the dark grey control panel on center fuel tank, and once it’s in your sights, take the shot. If your shot is accurate, a cutscene will play of the base being destroyed and the achievement will unlock.

when making the shot and you will get the trophy. This might take a few attempts but it doesn't matter as long as you don't use empty lung.
