Set your Invasions to "Invite Only" and give a friend the Generated Code, then alternate kills, swap hosts, and repeat.
Old Boosting Method for Xbox,
Both you and your Boosting Partner Turn Cross-Play OFF and change your in-game matchmaking Region to Middle East. Host Player load a Mission and make sure Invasion Setting is ON, Invading Player goes into Invasions to Search. When searching if you find another Random just back out and keep retrying. Have Host Kill Invader, offer a Rematch, and then Have Invader Kill Host. You now need to swap Hosts to get both accounts the Two Achievements related to Invasions.

"Me and a few friends tried doing this, couldn't find each other at all until we did a Mission Objective. Easiest one I found was on Mission 5, it's the side objective to destroy the Radio Tower right at the start of the Mission. Just wanted to let people know who were having problems finding each other.

to change the region (country) it's in the game options? And to activate/deactivate the cross play it is also in the game?

Theres no need to change matchmaking and hope your friend finds you, or hope a random joins anymore. You can now simply invite your friend into your game for this achievement.
Start a campaign, make sure the Invasion setting is set to at least "invite only".
Once in the mission, press
then 
and in the top corner of the screen you will see a 9-digit invite code.
Your buddy simply goes to the Invasion search screen, but instead of searching, they press and choose "Enter Code". Read out your unique code to your buddy and they'll join your game.
Now, depending on the level, your buddy will not be able to join right away (this is why there are problems searching for a match). It will show on the Invader's screen in the bottom-left of the lobby what needs to be done. In the case for the first mission, it will say "waiting for the target to destroy the radar", one of the main mission objectives. Once this is done, the invader will join.
For this achievement, the host needs to simply kill the invader.

I used this method between my Xbox one and series x and it worked great. It took me a minute to sign in to game on main and using a dummy account to get on game pass, but then this worked great.

To get this, just be playing the game and hope they join.
You’ll be warned with the message “an enemy sniper has joined the game”
Don’t panic, just take it slow and steady and watch for a German running like a player. They can blend in and it could be hard to tell. Their location will periodically be revealed. If you see them, just gun them down. Any method to kill them works, even booby traps.

Will likely go for this legit but if anyone wants to boost my gt is the same as my username

I can't see any way to do that either, unfortunately. I don't like these forced PvP modes and was hoping to boost to get it out of the way, but doesn't look like that will be possible.

Use gewehr
Use type 100 with fast rate of fire mods - in close combat its a mince meat machine
Map - Occupied Residence
Starting Point - Chateu Stables
Your oponnent will use area with workbench under the chateu and wait for you
He will place mines, hiding them under bodies
Just go there, kill few germans openly to raise alarm
That is distraction - random soldiers will trigger mines, run, search and make chaos.
That chaos is our friend cause invader goes stealth 90 %
LOOK FOR GERMAN WHO IS WALKING IN CROUCH SLOWLY THATS YOUR GUY
SHREDD HIM BY TYPE 100 AND YOU WIN

Opposite from Opposing Force (15G), this one requires you to kill the invading sniper before they kill you. In order for someone to invade your game, you must allow Axis Invasions in your game. To turn it on or off, select Options from the main menu, then under the ‘Game’ heading you can toggle it. This can also be done while in a mission from the pause menu. This cannot be boosted with a friend; you must play against randoms.
Note: It is suggested that you allow cross play for a better connection to potential invaders. Turning it on will allow people with a different Xbox console or Windows 10 to join your game. It is in the same menu as ‘Allow Axis Invasion’.
While you’re playing a mission, if someone joins your game you, you will get a notification on screen that you have been invaded. Throughout the invasion, there will be a notification in the top-left corner of the screen. Now it’s just a matter of locating and killing the invader. As with the other invasion achievement, you can use phones to determine their general location. Also, watch for enemies that move differently from the A.I. And, as with Opposing Force (15G), camping too long will result in your death. Once you kill the invader with any weapon, the achievement will unlock.
If you are playing in co-op, the person that kills the invader gets the achievement.
