How do you even start this? It's installed on my hard drive, yet I have a red x on the mission, states Not Available? WTAF?

You need to install the dlc, this happened to me and I had to go into the game manage screen and download the DLC manually.

Yeah I did exactly that.
Upon further investigation it seems I must PURCHASE either the Rights to the dlc or the $34.00 "season" macrotransaction. Such bullshit greed goin' on these days.

It's not exactly bullshit greed, DLC is optional you don't have to play this one.

Just do a manuell save befor killig him and reload 5 times

When you finally have Hitler in your sights, before you kill him, save your game. That way, you can just reload it after each time you kill him. It doesn’t matter how he is killed, so you can get creative if you want.

In your reloads, try and shoot him in the testicles to unlock Das Familienjuwel (15G).
