How to unlock the If You Go Down To The Woods Today achievement in Sniper Elite 5 - Definitive Guide

“The SS Commander Hans Becker has been conducting the search for the downed pilots. He needs to be taken out, before the Nazis recover valuable intel from the crash sites.”

This is story related and cannot be missed.  This achievement will unlock after completing Mission 13, ‘Rough Landing’, on any difficulty playing solo or two-player co-op.

In this mission, you must navigate your way through the forest outside the village of Fréteval in search of three Allied pilots that were shot down. Once you have found them, assassinate SS Commander Becker and exfiltrate.

There is one kill challenge and three optional objectives to complete in this mission. Refer to Fight Another Day (20G) for more information.

Although there are three starting locations and 13 collectibles (including workbenches) in this mission, there are no achievements for finding or obtaining them. Note that any of the collectibles obtained in this mission count towards the five collectible achievements in the main list.

Primary Objectives:

  1. Locate the Allied Pilot in the Farm
  2. Locate the Allied Pilot in the Forest
  3. Locate the Allied Pilot in the Village
  4. Find and kill Hans Becker
    1. Retrieve Film Canister (requires Office Key [found on Becker] or satchel charge)

Starting Locations:

  1. Forest Clearing
  2. Trainyard Overlook
  3. Resistance Safehouse
