This achievement is on the fourth mission in the game. Go to the South West train depot and look above the building to see a crane with an operator inside. Shoot the crane operator and the achievement will pop after the short cutscene.

This one is nice and easy to get at the start of mission 4, war factory.
Start it up, equip a nade. Take the first zip line down, lob the nade at the 2 guards. Go to the next zipline on the right. Dont go down it. Binoculars, look for the crane, its not hard to miss. Find the driver, 3 window panes from bottom left and 1 up. Dope scope for 400m and take aim.

Near the Crane you can unlock a starting location. Then after you complete the mission spawn at that location crouch a bit with the range of 600 shoot the Crane operator and after a small scene the achievement unlocks however the other guides work just as well, this is just how I did it.

This is unlocked in Mission 4, ‘War Factory’. In the southwest part of the map is a tall crane on top of a building overlooking train tracks. There is a person inside its control room, and shooting them will cause the crane to malfunction and drop explosives onto a train below, which will unlock this achievement.
If you missed this while playing the mission the first time, and have unlocked all the starting positions, the closest starting point is ‘Trainyard Office’. From there, the crane is just a short distance away to the south.

In the South East corner of the map, you can see a railway track. At the end of it (South) you can spot a big crane. Zoom inside the crane and you see an enemy inside. Shoot him with your rifle and this will create an accident that will eventually blow up the train.
