Aim down the sights with any smg or pistol and press A to toggle between 3rd person aim and 1st person iron sights.
I found the easiest way to do this was to load up any level with alot of enemies (I farmed this on rubble and ruin) set difficulty to very easy and head straight towards the objective killing everyone on the way. There are tons of enemies in the streets with plenty of cover to run and gun. Once they’re all down just reload and repeat.

Iron sights is first-person view, a feature new to this game. You can toggle your aim by pressing

which will switch between first- and third-person views. Simply kill 150 enemies in this view.
For this achievement, any weapon counts; pistol, secondary weapon or rifle. If you are using your rifle, it also progresses towards Out of Scope (15G).
Refer to the ‘Mop Up’ section in the roadmap for a farming method to make this go a lot quicker.
To check your progress, press
then navigate to Service Record > Medals > Weapons and Items and look in the first section to see your medal progress.
