Load up mission 7 and you can grab this right away.
Simply agro the other tank by shooting at it as these other vehicles pass by and then just stand near them. Very easy difficulty will make this lot easier as the dudes won't melt you when they get out of their vehicles.

I cant be the supply truck, you have to get the tank to shoot either the 222 or the waggon

easiest to unlock in SOLO Survival mode.
MAP: Unwanted Guests - BAKER outpost
(not sure if spawns differ thru multiple playthoughs)
between waves 4-6 at the BAKER outpost. for me a tank spawned in stopped to shoot at me in the middle of the road, a enemy car stopped behind it (soldiers got out).
I proceeded to kill all the enemies aside from the tank, ran up to and behind the car, waited for the tank to roll up close enough to get a clear shot and finally it destroyed the car I was behind.
PS: I played Operation 1 of all 3 survival maps for "shoot for the moon" achievement. only UnWanted Guests spawned in a tank and another vehicle for me to get this achievement. (idk about operations 2-4 on any of the 3 maps though)

Pretty sure this is bugged in campaign. I'm on mission 5, there's a tank very early into the level and a road that is patrolled. I've stopped a truck, I've had the tank shoot at me and blow the truck up 5 different times now. It has not unlocked.

I actually had a tank blow up another tank in mission 7, nothing happened. it popped first try in survival though.

I did this achievement on Mission 7: Secret Weapons. In the very beginning of the mission like videos have shown where you slide down the hill at spawn and then move to the motorcyclist on the left and advance down the road. I did not get it for awhile cause i was in someone's game, it wouldn't trigger if I was in a coop game not hosting so you're better getting this solo if you want to get it.

Note: If playing in co-op, this does not unlock for both players.
For this achievement, you are required to lure a tank into shooting another enemy vehicle. There are a couple of notable missions on which this can be attempted. Note that this achievement is finicky and may not unlock after fulfilling the requirements. Make sure you create a save before attempting in case it doesn't. It’s also best to do this on the lowest difficulty, ‘Civilian’, as it should not kill you if you are too close to the exploding vehicle.
The first location is in Mission 5, ‘Festung Guernsey’. There is a tank in a field next to a road to the northeast of the default starting point. On occasion, vehicles drive along the road, so when one does, stop it by either shooting at it or by walking in the road. Make sure that the vehicle does not stop behind the tall bushes because the tank will not or cannot shoot through them. Get the tank’s attention then run behind the vehicle and the tank should shoot it.
This is shown at [7:38] in 360GameTV’s 'Mission 5' collectible video.
The second location is in Mission 7, ‘Secret Weapons’. There is a crossroads just to the northeast of the default starting point (where the barbed wire barrier is). In the field on the north side of the barbed wire is a tank and vehicles drive to the crossroads from the south. As the vehicles approach, shoot at the tank to get its attention then stop the vehicles in the road. The tank will start to move, so have a vehicle between you and it so it shoots the vehicle.

There are multiple missions with a tank and other vehicles around but the best one would be Missions 7 as it contains a lot of them.
Make sure to play on an easy difficulty. Near the middle of the map, there will be 2 tanks and a few vehicles will drive along the road. Get spotted and run around the tanks so they will shoot at you. Now go near one vehicle and stand around it, when the tank shoots at you it will destroy the vehicle.
