This is story related and cannot be missed.  This achievement will unlock after completing Mission 3, ‘Spy Academy’, on any difficulty playing solo or two-player co-op.
 
Optional Objectives:
 
  1. Eliminate the Academy Instructor

  • Find and kill Fabian Richter
    • Complete the kill challenge (kill Richter with a stealth takedown) to unlock the Pistole 08 pistol
