Sniper Elite: Resistance

This demands completion of all the Optional objectives Sniper Elite: Resistance has to offer, so be sure to hit all of the bases during each mission. Some objectives won't appear unless you've dug up the necessary intel, found as Classified Files or looted from certain Nazi Officers (usually the ones dressed in black with their fancy caps).

Each mission usually has a kill list target or some form of sabotage to execute, so make sure you've completed everything before you exfiltrate. You can always use mission select to go back and polish off any objectives you might have missed – just make sure to finish the mission once you've finished any leftover objectives, or they won't register as completed.

There are 11 optional objectives divided among Missions 2 through 7 of the main campaign (Missions 1 and 9 do not have any optional objectives). For completing all the objectives in a mission, you earn a star at the end. If you miss any, you can replay the mission at any time in an attempt to complete anything you missed. Any optional objectives, kill challenges or collectibles obtained in previous playthroughs will remain completed. You can always use mission select to go back and polish off any objectives you might have missed – just make sure to finish the mission once you've finished any leftover objectives, or they won't register as completed.

Note: As DLC missions are released, the requirements for this achievement will not change. If you complete any optional objectives in those DLC missions, they will count towards this achievement, so this may unlock earlier than expected.
