Mission 6 Assault on Fort Rouge
We are going to load into mission 6 on the easiest difficulty and begin by taking out the guards and truck closest to us. This is just to clear them out so they don’t aggro on us later. From the start of this mission we can easily grind out XP, Rifle kills, Rifle masteries by focusing on headshots, Distance, and more! Basically from this spot we can see most of the map and as long as our scope zoom is good enough we can hit enemies all the way at the castle on the far back edge of the map. Right here I went ahead and marked all the enemies I could find (After marking the enemies, make a save), around 20 in total, so then we can just start picking them off and on top of that additional enemies may get alerted and come out into the open for some more easy kills. Once we are done here, we can just reload the save and do it all again, or exit and switch out weapons for masteries as everything we do will still count even if we don’t finish the mission.

Mission 6 Assault on Fort Rouge

ASSAULT ON FORT ROUGE is a better mission for "grinding" this out as the enemies are ranging between 150 and 630m , and there's more than 10 roaming around

Rich, Walker By the time I'd finished a single run through the campaign, I was nearing 50% of the 100,000 meters, so you might have to replay a few missions or do some sniping in Survival mode or in some of the game's Propaganda sniping challenges to unlock the 'Going the Distance' achievement.
This will likely be the last achievement/you unlock, as it's a fairly lofty target – 100,000 metres is a long way, apparently. This is cumulative between all weapons (not just rifles), although long-distance sniper kills will get you closer to the target much faster.

If you’ve completed the campaign and still need distance kills, a good strategy is to find and mark a target(s) hundreds of meters away (the farther the better) then save your game. With your scoped rifle, perform the kill(s) then keep reloading as long as desired. The standard scope magnification is 8x, so anything over 400 meters will be difficult to kill with one shot, but more powerful magnifications can be unlocked by completing missions and interacting with rifle workbenches throughout the campaign. The more powerful the magnification, the farther you can successfully shoot and kill a target with one or two shots.
A good spot to farm this is at the beginning of Mission 4, ‘Collision Course’. Playing on Civilian difficulty (so there’s no bullet drop or wind) and using the default starting location, ‘Village Entrance’, move forward to the edge of the cliff. Along the top of the dam are six enemies (some may be hidden at first) and below them on a platform is another three (including the kill list target). There is one last enemy patrolling on the covered walkway between the two. Each of these enemies is 300+ meters away. Then to the right of your view, there are another five enemies roughly 100-125 meters away. Mark them with your binoculars then create a save. After they are killed, reload your save. If you kill all 15 enemies, you will get roughly 3650 meters. Repeat as needed.
Since the location is at the beginning of the mission, you can also work on headshots for Revered with Rifles (15G). Also, since you aren’t in combat, each kill should count towards Le Fantome (15G).
