How to unlock the High and Mighty achievement in Sniper Elite V2 Remastered - Definitive Guide

The fight against the elite russian sniper team is at the end of mission 8 - Kreuzberg Headquarters. I highly recommended to do this achievement on cadet difficulty. The snipers can be everywhere on the roofs / behind windows. There are 8 snipers and no fixed locations. To locate a sniper, watch the shots and the glint of the enemy's scope.

Near the end of Mission 8, 'Kreuzberg HQ', you will reach a building where you find some documents. There will be a quick cutscene where you are getting sniped. On the rooftops of the buildings surrounding the square will be 8 snipers. You need to kill each one of them before exfiltrating and ending the mission.
 
To help you identify where they are, wait for the glint of their scope and tag them with your binoculars. If playing on 'Cadet' you might get injured but not enough for it to be fatal. Take out all 8 snipers and the achievement is yours.

In total, you need to destroy 8 snipers; their spawn locations are quite random and may not coincide with the spawn locations from the above video. (Personally, I only matched three places where snipers appeared with the video)
