How to unlock the Secret Service achievement in Sniper Elite V2 Remastered - Definitive Guide
You can find Saint Pierre in the main menu under the point challenges.
The achievement description is a little bit misleading because "without being detected" means no audible gunshots and not being seen. You can get this achievement only with the Welrod and throw stones and you can't use anything else (except the final enemy). I tested with the sniper rifle and not being detected, no achievement. I used different gadgets, no achievement.
The next problems:
1) The enemies can see you from a really far distance through really small gaps. Ironically, the enemies can hear extremely badly (Cadet difficulty), so you can almost run up to them from behind.
2) The most enemies paths and behavior is random in every round. Some of the enemies have large area where they can be and different paths in these areas.
Therefore this is more a walkthrough as a "solution". In your game you have to improvise a lot to get this achievement.

I did a different route. I killed #12 and #13 first ( run straight to the wall before them, kill the left one with welrod, then instantly go forward and stealth kill the right one). Combat music can start but it goes silent after 1second. Then I did #3 and #4. After that I did the same things like 360gametv.
I only tried that cause the gnade never worked against #12 and #13.
Note: The bugged enemy will probably detect #12 #13. You can hide them but it doesnt void the achievement if an enemy finds them.

Two things of note:
- When there's 5 enemies left, patrolling guards start to roam freely outside their regular zones/routes. Static guys, like the two next to the monument in the square, will stay put. Stick to the kill order and keep count!
Two 2-man patrols, 4 zone roamers (erratic therefore dangerous and high priority), one guy in far left house 2nd floor, one sleeping in the attic, two standing in the middle of the map.
- Do not grenade the last two. I got spotted once when creeping up to the throw spot, and on another go, the guy standing upright saw the nade, bolted towards me and spotted me before the explosion. Checkpoint procced--but no achievement. Instead: bring a high velocity rifle, line the fuckers up, and squeeze.
---
I quite liked the new challenge missions. You've got to put in some effort and instead of following set routes, like a collectible guide, you must think on your feet. Welcome addition to the otherwise run of the mill remaster, even if stealth isn't all that refined in SE2.
Thanks for all the vids, @Zasta 360GameTV.

Go to Single Player > Challenges > Saint Pierre.
Here is a guide to show you: *credit to Durexiq*
Worth noting:
The enemies don't seem to spawn in exactly the same place as shown in the video. Just stay low and NEVER run. Always move forward slowly while crouched. My other bit of advice would be to carefully take out enemies using the Welrod. Throw rocks to distract them but DO NOT use grenades, trip mines or anything like that because this will alert the enemies.
Alerting an enemy will trigger a red pointer on the screen in the direction of the enemy/enemies that has/have spotted you. Enemies can be suspicious (when you throw a rock), but if they spot you and begin shooting, and dramatic music begins playing, you have alerted the enemies and will need to restart.

13. My question is does them discovering bodies and searching count as being detected?

Note: It is recommended that you do not attempt this and Shoot the Alps (20G) in the same playthrough as you need the distance kills for that achievement.
To play this mission: Single Player > Challenge > Saint Pierre. Note that you cannot play this mission in co-op. It is highly recommended that you select the Welrod in your loadout as it is a necessity for earning this achievement.
You can change the difficulty to Custom and it will not void the achievement since this mission is not considered a part of the main campaign. Recommended settings are:
There are 13 enemies to kill while staying completely undetected. Since there is no sound masking in the mission, you will need to kill each enemy up close and personal with your Welrod. Enemies can spot bodies and you can lure them by throwing rocks, but that’s about it. It is not necessary to hide bodies as this can actually be used to your advantage to draw enemy’s attention away from you. If you are seen or detected other than in the two aforementioned ways, it voids the achievement.
It is suggested that you follow one or both videos below for enemy placement since you probably will be detected without knowing where the enemies are. You will most likely be crouching for a better part of this achievement so walking will be slow but silently. Also, make sure you are searching bodies to replenish your ammo; there is a weapons cache in the north part of the village (highlighted by a yellow objective marker), but it would be a hassle to keep returning to it throughout the mission. Just be patient and take it slow because if you’re too quick, you’re likely to get careless and will have to restart the mission.
When there is one enemy left, it is supposed to be highlighted with a yellow objective marker, indicating it is the last enemy, but sometimes the game glitches out and doesn’t mark them. Regardless, once you kill them, provided you stayed undetected throughout, the achievement will unlock.
For further reference on this achievement, there was a Steam guide written by *Galiana Kruger* in 2017. It details a good amount of information about this achievement and enemy placement. You can find the guide HERE.

To get this trophy you need to clear the village using stealth
There are 10 or 11 people in total. You need to avoid being noticed and not starting to shoot at you.
You will receive the trophy immediately after clearing and before you go to church

We walk slowly in a circle from left to right, shooting one at a time in the back. The last two soldiers are standing next to each other in the square - you can take two headshots or one at a time, but so that the second one does not see you.
