For this achievement you have to kill 25 enemies without being noticed. If you want you can farm these kills directly at the start of Mission 1 - Schöneberg Convoy on Cadet Difficulty. Sneak behind the first enemy and use the stealth kill option then restart the mission. Stealth kills with the welrod counts also to the progress. Repeat the steps on this location if you want to farm the achievement directly at the beginning of the game.

Unaware enemy kills are stealth kills performed by sneaking up behind an enemy and shooting them in the head with your silenced pistol/knifing them or kills done while masked by noise. An easy way to boost this is to start Mission 1, 'Schoneberg Convoy', and kill the enemy at the start by stealth killing him from behind with 
and restarting checkpoint. Repeat until the achievement unlocks.
