At the beginning of the second mission called Schoneberg Convoy you kill the first guard silently and then move left sticking to the wall and shoot the soldier on the rooftop.

Tip: Probably only need to aim one mark of the scope above the soldiers head.

Easily obtained in the Prologue of the game. After getting through the introduction screens you start by getting a few lessons in the tutorial. Just follow along and do as you are told.

You will eventually get set up for your first target assassination. Once you are looking through your scope at your target, take precise aim at the guy on the right (he is wearing a black jacket). You need to plug him in the head to pop this trophy.

This is virtually impossible to miss and will probably unlock for you early on in the game without you even trying for it. As a general rule in the game, always aim for the head to guarantee a one hit kill. There are several story related points in the game where you will be situated in a high area sniping down on enemies that are easily 150m+ away from you. In any one of these situations, simply get a headshot while scoped to unlock the trophy. You can actually get this trophy right at the beginning of the game, as shown in this video:

Very easy to knock out at the very beginning of the game. During training you will need to fire your first rifle shot. Shoot Eisenberg directly in the head.

PS My record is 292 meters into Muller's head at Elite.
