This can be obtained at the end of the first level, Schöneberg streets.
Simply follow the waypoint markers to the top of the building, wait for the cut scene and then shoot the satchel charge you placed earlier.

This is a story-related trophy and cannot be missed via normal campaign progression.
You will get this for completing Chapter 1: Schoneberg Streets. The trophy will pop at the end-level screen. This level is pretty quick to finish. You need to set up an ambush for a convoy that will be rolling through the area. You will set 2 charges but only need to shoot one of them when the convoy is in position. When your target escapes the vehicle, pound a bullet in his face.
After all of that all you need to do is descend the building you are in and escape the area.
