I can't make videos so I'll do my best to describe the walk-thru. Videos we're not available yet at the time I made this, So if one is out already then just look at his solution if you prefer. If you vote negative, at least tell me why so I can improve this.
This is on "Last Rights" Mission. After a cut-scene radio communications with Diaz, you'll be inside a small library as a starting point. when you come out you are to head to the tunnel as part of the objective. This will be a dark tunnel so you can stay in the shadows and not get detected. If you do get detected, just reload checkpoint and you will start in this room again
I broke this down in 2 parts.
1st part is when you come out of the library/checkpoint, you will need to get past 5 soldiers. The first 3 will be slightly isolated so you can kill them one by one. The next 2 will be talking to each other. One is repairing something. The other one standing up. Wait for them to split up before killing them.
2nd part there will be 6 soldiers. The first 4 will be walking toward the camp-fire where you shoot the last 2 soldiers from the first part. Stay in the shadows and do not engage! They have flash lights so position yourself carefully. When they are all facing the camp-fire, carefully leave the area and take out the last 2 guards who are isolated. When you come out of the tunnel the game will save a checkpoint and the achievement will pop.
Some Notes:
-Remember to switch on/off your thermal vision to check if you're in a dark spot to avoid detection as well as easily spot some of the guards in the shadows.
-Some soldiers have flash-lights attached to their front so be careful when they face you.
- The soldiers are not wearing NVG's so staying in the shadow helps.

After exiting a building you will see 2 guards walking away from you - They will enter into a really dark area - This is where we need to sneak through

This trophy takes place during the third mission “Last Rites”. Towards the beginning of the level, you’re going to have to make your way through an underground storehouse/base that the Russian soldiers are using. You will know that you are in the area for this trophy after a cutscene plays and in the top left corner it will say “Locate the evidence tape completed”. This trophy is not hard by any means, but if you want to know or see how it is done please refer to the text bullets or video below.
- When you get close to the underground storehouse, there will be 2 guards that you follow. Wait until they get inside the storehouse before killing them. If you try killing them outside and aren’t quick enough the 1 remaining soldier might become alerted.
- After you’ve dealt with them, there will be a 3rd soldier across from where you killed the 2 soldiers. You can kill him or go around him, but it makes it easier to kill him.
- Next you will see 2 soldiers to your left on a balcony that you cannot reach by foot yet. 1 is crouched down trying to repair an electrical box while the other is standing and talking. Leave these 2 alone as they won’t get anywhere near you.
- After you go down some stairs, and the lop left of your screen says “reach the underground storehouse completed”, you want to stick to your left. There will be a box on a slightly raised platform that you can press up against so quickly get to that box. Crouch down and press against it on your left side, you want to be facing the soldiers as they walk by. When the 4 soldiers walk past you, your alert meter might fill up, but it will not fill up all the way so you are OK.
- Once they have walked past you, kill the soldier on the balcony above you, then kill the soldier on the same floor as you.
- Once you’re out of the base, and the top left of your screen says “get out of the underground storehouse completed”, the trophy will pop.

This is the hardest achievement in this DLC, but it's not actually hard AT ALL. A couple side-notes:

In the third mission, 'Last Rites,' you will come to a dark underground area. The first set of enemies will include two men as you exit a door. Let them pass and then move up behind them. One will stop by a fire and the other will stop at the stairs. In the distance to the right you will see one other soldier. Let the one at the stairs go down the stairs and then stealth kill the one by the fire. Now shoot the one to the right as he is walking away. Now look down and kill the one at the table (there is also a secret here). Continue forward until you come to the next room.
In this room there are two enemies to the far left at a door, but you can just sneak past them. Keep to the right side of this area and go right past them and then further down the right side you will see a part of a railing that is missing along with a series of pipes you can walk across. Quickly move across these pipes and go around behind them. Turn around and watch the stairs that you just went past. You will see three soldiers walk up them and away from you. Once all three are gone, move forward down the pipes.
There are two enemies left until you are home free. Kill the one on the walkway above once he is to the far left first. Now kill the one below you at the fire. Once they are dead, you can run for it. Go up the stairs and move towards the objective marker. The achievement will unlock as soon as you drop down outside.
