The easiest way I found to do this was to find an area where the enemies had planted mines along a trail. Back off and launch the drone with 
and land it in the red circle that signifies a land mine. It will explode and destroy the drone, netting you this trophy.
Below is a screen shot of the map in the first area where there is a path leading to a sniper. This path is littered with land mines, so is a great place to do this:
