The description for the trophy is wrong, you have to kill 20 enemies, not five.
This is extremely easy an can be done early on the game. You have to go full super mario and jump over an enemy. An animation will happen, killing the enemy (You dont have to push buttons of any kind, just jump). if you want it soon, find a checkpoint which has an enemy near a roof that you can climb, and rinse and repeat.
