Firstly, this description is wrong and is actually for collecting 150 Organic Samples.
In order to get this, you need to kill animals in the game and loot their bodies.
NOTE: Deer do not count! (As in, I could never get a prompt to actually loot a deers body after killing it)
I could only collect on Wolves and Cattle. Likewise, Cattle seem to be the best and quickest way to get this trophy as looting each body netted me on average 20 - 25 Organic Samples per body. There are several small farm areas scattered around each map that have 5 - 10 cattle. Killing them all and looting their bodies should be enough to get this trophy.
