Pretty simple.
Take a sniper rifle, put a 10x scope on it (ONLY 10x scope, the ones which have other settings doesn't count) and go to the fat travel point in the northeast side of the first map, the one which has the train depot at the right.
Go up the mountain which is right next to the fast travel point, and you will see the depot, and a guy standing far away over a bridge. Correct you position until you are at 500m from him, and make the shot holding the breath. You will also obtain the "doing a shot at 500m" trophy
