On easy, the game should be no problem for anyone, keep playing till chapter 4 (around 17 missions) and you will unlock the achievement. . . . . . .

This trophy is story related and therefore it cannot be missed. The trophies for the different difficulty levels stack in this game. I recommend going straight in on Hard to get them all in one playthrough. It’s not that difficult, and will save a lot of time.
