Each achievement can be earned by using a handy exploit to "beat" each game without actually playing any of the game. Note that for this specific achievement, which states to finish the second level of Vanguard, you can still use the method described below. The second level is actually the end of the game, as far as the method below is concerned.

First, choose the game you need the achievement for, noting that not all games in the collection have achievements for completing them. Make sure to choose Arcade mode when selecting the game. On the next menu, choose to 'Watch' the game. This lets the game play through to the end on its own. Now, while watching the game, press to skip through the video until near the end, then use to fast forward that last bit until the final boss is about to die. As the boss dies, pause the playback, press Start, and choose to Quit and Save the game. Now press on the game and choose the Continue option. You'll be playing at the very end of the game. Let it play out until the achievement unlocks, then repeat this process for all required games in the collection.
