How to unlock the Goliath achievement in SnowRunner - Definitive Guide
You will need a big crane on your truck. Then you will need a suitable trailer to lift. A "special objective semi-trailer" is one of the unique trailers (that can't be bought at a trailer store) you need to deliver for certain contracts. The green heavy fuel trailer on the first Michigan map is ideal.
I got the achievement with the trailer in the Floating Drill contract on the first Alaska map. I wasn't able to lift it well enough with the top centre attachment points. Lifting it at one end worked, even though the other end seemed to remain on the ground (or very close).

Thank you for this!!! Really appreciate it. I unfortunately delivered all the oil rig semi trailers but I tried it on the “Coiled Tubing Semi-Trailer” from the Morrison Mining Cargo Delivery contract and it worked. Just have to finesse it a bit.

This achievement might be missable, depending on the progress one has made in the game, because there are a limited number of mission critical semi-trailers in the game.
I did this on the very first Michigan map, Black River, on the second gas station. There is a very big fuel trailer right next to the pumps.
You need a big crane (Russian or American model) in order to lift the heavy trailer. The American model crane unlocks at level 6.
I recommend to use the anchors on the ground to prevent the crane truck from toppling over. When in crane mode, search for the two anchor points on top of the fuel semi and lift your crane. After a few tries, the trailer should be in the air. Because of the telescopic crane, you can extend the lifting distance to more than five meters easily.
The achievement pops when you exceed five meters above ground. Then simply put the trailer back onto the ground.
If you have no more mission with such a trailer, ask a friend to join in his coop game and go to the place on the first Michigan map. You can still lift it in a multiplayer game.

When it states in a task to deliver a special semi-trailer with unique abilities, let‘s say a fuel trailer, this could work too.
But I don‘t expect any normal trailers with mission relevant load like bricks or wood to count as „special objective“.
I admit that I haven’t tested it. Maybe you could try it out and give some feedback? Thanks.

I was already pretty far into the game before I decided to go for this achievement. I had to go for the special trailer in the newest region Amur, Russia. It was quite an ordeal getting a big truck with a large crane all the way over there, especially without going through the trouble of repairing any bridges or landslides. When I was almost there I realized my truck had a modded crane on it. I was worried it might not work, but I pushed the rest of the way through to the trailer and luckily the modded crane worked. So if you only have some of those heavier trailers easily available a modded crane will lift those no problem and should work.
MISSABLE; This one is kind of missable (if you miss it you need to start a new game, find/buy a heavy truck & buy a heavy crane to get it).
There's a contract called "Pipe Dream" in Michigan (Smithville Dam), make sure you have it activated, and then pick a heavy truck with heavy crane equipped & drive up to the heavy fuel trailer marked as an objective. Deploy anchors, lift the trailer as high as possible & the trophy should pop.

The easiest way to do this is in Michigan, on the Black River map.
At the gas station closest to the garage there is a green tank with a capacity of 5,000 liters. Drive the crane there and simply lift the trailer to the desired height.
PS this tank will need to be driven away according to the plot and it will disappear.
If you did not manage to complete the trophy before completing the mission, then there will be two options:
1. Start a new game;
2. Go to a co-op and hope that someone still has this tank in place.

Unmissable. In the "Auger Removal" mission in Alaska, you can lift a trailer by the back (where the wheels are located). Moreover, it is not necessary to lift the whole thing, just lift the back part!

In the "Drill Dismantling" mission in Alaska, not a single heavy crane can lift this trailer off the ground even by a millimeter. I tried several different ones.

If you missed it at the beginning of the game, you can do it in the DLC.
Year 1 Pass or Season 2. Yukon Region (Canada) Second map called Big Salmon Peak. In the northeastern part of the map there is a warehouse next to the railway tracks. There is exactly the same tank on it as at the beginning of the game. We lift it with a large crane and get the trophy. That's how I got it myself.
