I said this in the achievement guide to own every vehicle in the game, you do NOT need to own them all concurrently. You can simply buy each Russian vehicle in the game, sell it off to keep up your money, and then buy the next. There are a few you get for free by doing contracts/tasks in Russia, but everything else you can just buy. But you don't need to own them all at once!

Somehow I needed to buy some trucks I already owned to unlock the trophy.

Had to buy and sell vehicles several times to unlock this. Exit the garage, that made my progress go up.

For anyone still doing this ... I had some mod trucks installed and they WERE required for me. I switched truck store to 'view mods only ON" and bought all the modded trucks i had active and suddenly my "All Russian" and 'All Trucks' achievements finally both popped after being stuck at 91% and 94% respectively.

Might not be needed for everyone .. but worth a try if you are in the same position I was.

You can unlock this early by creating a new game plus and giving yourself 30 rank and access to all vehicles, then load up the new save and purchase all vehicles and voila! Helps to make all vehicle prices free as well!

Tracking on this is currently a disaster. You need to buy a truck, leave the garage in it, come back and buy the next one for tracking to go up. I currently own all but 1 truck and tracking was down at 27%. Sold some of them back, bought one, left the garage and tracking went up.

This achievement, along with "Stars and Stripes", Model Collector, Bering Strait, and 18 Wheels is Not Enough, can all be quickly completed using the New Game + options on a new save file.

In the New Game + options, set the Truck Availability Rules to "All trucks available from start" and Truck Pricing Rules to "All trucks are free".

The new save will start you off in the garage in Black River, with just the starting Chevrolet CK1500 deployed. To quickly unlock all 5 achievements, use the Global Map to travel to Alaska, and then buy all of the base game trucks from the truck store, making sure to deploy the TUZ 420. Note that no DLC trucks (marked as such in the store) are not required for any of the achievements.
