Soccer Story

The Bell can be found near one of the entrances to the Woods from Soccertown. Shoot your ball into it to knock it down and then collect it. Bones can be dug up all around the game world. After waking Panda in the Woods, speak to Piglet in the top right corner to get a shovel and dig up the Bone just outside his house. Seaweed can be dived for in the ocean at Crab Beach. You need Swimming Boots, which you'll unlock through story progression to enter the water; however, there is a glitch that allows you into the water without these boots by heading to the southern most dock and walking into the water while facing the rocks.

Simple and required for story progression.

East of soccer town between some trees you will see a hanging bell.

Simply hit it with your ball and pick it up, job done.
