Soccer Story

Once you unlock the woodlands you simply need to go to the top right corner of the map -- and talk to the pig at the house with bones on the ground. He will give you the shovel and you can use it to dig in the ground for bones.

Dig in the ground at the 'X' right next to where you get the shovel and play the minigame. Once you hit the button on the right spot a few times you'll get a bone and the achievement will pop.

The Bell can be found near one of the entrances to the Woods from Soccertown. Shoot your ball into it to knock it down and then collect it. Bones can be dug up all around the game world. After waking Panda in the Woods, speak to Piglet in the top right corner to get a shovel and dig up the Bone just outside his house. Seaweed can be dived for in the ocean at Crab Beach. You need Swimming Boots, which you'll unlock through story progression to enter the water; however, there is a glitch that allows you into the water without these boots by heading to the southern most dock and walking into the water while facing the rocks.
