How to unlock the Cupper achievement in Soccer Story - Definitive Guide
Story related and cannot be missed.
This is the second cup you'll win in the story. There's no real way to speed up achieving this, as you'll need to follow the story quests to initiate the Crab Beach Cup competition.
The only real 'tip' to offer would be setting the match difficulty to 'easy' in the options menu, as this really does make the three 4 minute matches you have to play (the friendly match to unlock the Crab Beach Cup, the semi-final match, and final match) very easy to win and save any messing around with having to replay the matches if you draw or lose.

Just to be clear, this is not a guide but may prove to be a useful tip for those going for this specific achievement.
Once you’ve completed the Soccertown tournament and before you open the Crab Beach part of the map you are given the opportunity to apply upgrade skill points. One of these is for shot power.
One of the quests to unlock the crab beach tournament involves you protecting children in the sea from sharks using the range shot technique (right stick and B) but the problem I have is that I just can’t get far enough away from the sharks, particularly on the second wave of attacks as my shot is too powerful and the sharks end up getting the kids.
Perhaps I’m just a bit rubbish but I’ve tried this unsuccessfully a dozen times or so and for anyone yet to teach this part of the game I’d suggest holding off on increasing the shot power until they pass this bit of the game as there doesn’t appear to be a way of removing upgrade points once applied or switching characters.
I’ll take this down once a proper guide has been posted and update if I do find a way around this.

You can press in the right stick while aiming the shot and lower/raise your power so increase/decrease your range

Thanks for that, great tip! I didn’t know that. Definitely needed to shorten the range towards the end as the number of sharks increased but I did it. Cheers.
