You will meet the drone hunter in the Woodlands. You can identify him by his red top and what looks like a covid mask.
To find him, travel to the North West corner of the map (just left of where the pig who gives you the digging up bones quest).
Here he will give you the quest. You will have to find small radios dotted round the woodlands which summon drones. When you approach the radio, a drone will appear with a target. Hit the target and then three drones will spawn on timers. You need to take down all three targets within the time limit. This will equal four drones in total per radio. Do this for three radios, return to the drone hunter and the cheevo is yours.
After this you can find the drone hunter in other areas as well.

2 to the south of the drone hunter on the immediate putt putt golf course green. Then the last one is all the way south by a river in some grass. Literally next to the river and directly southeast of the Fut-Gulf Shop.
