In this game, kicks are the currency, so I recommend doing the level achievements first.
When you've done that, go to the Hot Carrot shop, kick either door to enter, and then you can buy buffs by kicking the buffs inside. You'll get a minute per 'purchase'. Make sure one of your buffs totals to over 10 minutes, and this achievement will unlock.

Heads up, you'll need at least 100 kick currency (top right number) before you can do this cheevo. :)

You need to actually buy 11 buffs as by the time you've bought 10 you've lost maybe 10 seconds.
