Go to the area where you can change the colour of the bunny kick the shop and a female bunny will appear hold down [LT] let it chase you for 30 seconds and the achievement should pop

once she follows you heads towards the water(make a left from paint shop) swim in and the head up towards the tea cups, she will get stuck in the water and just wait 30 secs

Kick a NPC [not a chicken] then have them chase you, make sure not to run too fast. But also in the same train of thought, Don't run too slow, eventually you will be able to complete
