In my opinion, the quickest way to do this is to kick a crate, move where the crate was, and undo the movement. You'll get hit by the crate and it'll count as 'being kicked'. Do this 50 times and the achievemetn will pop.

In the open world section there is a bunny doing the puzzles. Just stand infront of the block he is pushing and you get hit by it. Just keeping doing this and you will get progress for the being kicked and hit by cargo at the same time. You can also keep kicking the blocks to progress the kicking achievements too.
