So the some of the achievements are currently a bit messed up. You will unlock this one when you have killed 20 enemies with force damage instead of the psychic damage that should unlock this achievement.

FYI This must have gotten patched and psych damage now unlocks this properly. I used tons of magic missle and nothing then i started using the dagger cantrip which does phych damage and this popped in notime.
