Make sure you play Freecell, and not Freecell Easy as you can only get the achievement on the normal Freecell game.
You can only place cards on two (or less) of the four cells at the top of the game board at any point during the game. The best time to try for this achievement is when you uncover all of the aces early in the game. Stack the cards on the bottom portion of the board as much as possible, and try to uncover face down cards quickly. If you are decent at freecell, this achievement should not be too difficult. If you get stuck, either finish out the game, or back out and retry.
The best thing to do is just start all of your games by only using two cells and see how quickly you can get the aces up. If you get all four of them early on, then continue using just two cells.

Just did this, but since my Xbox has a habit of disconnecting from live randomly, I opened the Xbox guide to connect for the time stamp, and it froze. Have to do this again now...

A reasonably easy achievement if you know how to play Freecell, play a game of Freecell (NOT Freecell easy) and play as normal. Remember to only use two of the cells at the top of the screen, although you can finish using less than that if you are good enough.
Some general tips would be to try and stack the cards where possible, being sure to find the aces quickly. If you get stuck then just finish the game and try again, eventually you will be able to finish using only the two cells.
