How to unlock the Plan B achievement in SOMA - Definitive Guide

This is the fifth achievement you should unlock during your trek though PATHOS-II. This is story-related and cannot be missed. Playing in "safe mode" will not disable achievements in SOMA, including this one.

Story related, pops up after screen goes black just after turning all the switches on control pad nearby DUNBAT and noises from DUNBAT, indicating the failure to acquire the DUNBAT.
Mine popped up a while I was in vents just above this area.
(achievement pop ups in this game are little delayed.)

Story related, can't be missed

After everything mentioned in the previous trophy, return to the main entrance, grab the Omnitool, and use it to open the new area. There's a control panel with a switch and 6 knobs with a cord on the floor to the right of it. Pick up the cord and plug it into the control panel. After flipping everything and watching the following event, go to the far left corner and push the staircase up to the vent and use it to leave. The trophy will pop.
