Chapter 5 - Checkpoint 5

As soon as you are in control, you will need to use the lightbulbs to clear the path above you by twisting them on the second tree and holding . Once this is done, climb the ladder on your right and then follow the linear path until you see a second ladder. Climb the second ladder and you will see a switch. Pull the switch to give power to the stage lights. Now, while you are holding the switch handle, keep pressing for a few seconds until all the lights on the stage turn blue. The achievement should unlock immediately after.

Chapter 5, Checkpoint 5.

Use the string of lights to clear the corruption on the floor above the ladder. Follow the path around the corner, jump the box, over the beam and climb the last ladder. Active the switch to turn on the stage lighting. Now hold to activate your special ability and turn the stage lighting blue! Hold it long enough and the achievement will pop.

This achievement is achieved in chapter 5 - act 5, when you go up the stairs and go towards the electricity lever you will have to lower it while using LT for the stage lights to turn blue.

EDIT: Thanks to the one who commented that the guide was incorrect, I had forgotten to mention the use of LT when lowering the stick.
