Simply come first, second or first overall in every cup in Grand Prix mode. This includes the mirror cups that are added once all the regular cups have been beaten. Can be unlocked on any difficulty.

I can confirm that this works. Just chose your favorite racer with any mod, set the difficulty to easy, and then just earn 1st place in each and every race of every cup. Once you finish the final race in the final cup in Mirror Mode, the achievement unlocks. You will also receive the Nomad achievement as well if you go from start to finish with each race in each cup, first with all the normal tracks and then going through the mirror tracks.

You don't necessarily need to come in 1st place in every race. Being 1st in points at the end of each cup is all that matters.

Make sure to do this when you have unlocked expert mode so you can grab everything at once and not have to bother replaying Grand Prix.
