How to unlock the You Got The Horn achievement in Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed - Definitive Guide

Finish a couple of races with any character and you'll get experience for that character based on your performance. Level up anyone to level 2 and this achievement is yours.

all my characters are at level 2, but I have no success ... anyone can help me ?

same as above, trying to get it for my "Y" achievement for the TA event, ive levelled up three characters now and no unlock.

if anyone has the same problem as above in future the only way i found to unlock the achievement was to level up again on a brand new save file.

Select world tour and complete a few challenges with any character (Beat is a great starter) and you'll have this very quickly.
