This is the first boss of the game in tropical resort, when you start jump on the platforms above and home attack the boss, then climb the platforms again until you see the laser whisp and use it to attack the boss again, should be dead now and the achievement will pop

Rotatron is the boss of Tropical Resort. During the fight, you should be able to find a Cyan laser wisp. You will need to obtain this for the trophy. Once you do, use it and aim for the boss in the center of the stage. Hitting him once will severely damage him to the point that one more hit will take him out. Hit him once after using the wisp and he should go down which will earn you this trophy.
